this stuff is great - its feels great on your skin and produces a matte texture so shine isn't an issue. beta hydroxey is a gentle exfoliator so it maintains the surface of your skin. it also fights acne. I haven't had a problem w/acne since I started using it about 6 months ago. when I stop using it I notice a difference after a week or so. if you are looking for a serum, I highly recommend trying this one.

Cons: teeny bottle doesn't last long
After 10 years of struggling with red, uneven skin tone and pores the size of punch bowls, I recently got triple-teamed by a nasty case of adult-onset cystic acne. I was at the point of either declaring myself a shut-in or wearing a paper bag over my head when I bought Turnaround Concentrate on a whim. I tried the original Turnaround cream ten years ago and it wasn't the miracle I'd hoped for, so I wasn't expecting much.
Boy, was I surprised. After less than a week using this twice a day as step 4, my skin looks and feels amazing. My scars are lighter, I am down to one stubborn pimple and even my giant t-zone pores look smaller. I've never had pretty skin, but it looks so much better now I get up each morning and am amazed at my reflection.
I use this morning and night as the very last step in my regimen. Two pumps are enough to cover forehead, chin and cheeks. I can feel the difference instantly, and my skin is so soft!

I have bought Clinique in the past and many times I ended up not being satisfied because I didn't see long-lasting effects. This product, however, is totally different- it makes my skin soft and supple! I initially bought it to reduce the wrinkes around my mouth, and I must admit it did do that. I won't say the wrinkles are totally gone, however, this product has definately helped my complexion become more even and bright. Furthermore, I am using the rinse off foaming cleanser, which may be working in conjunction with the turnaround concentrate.

Cliniques Total turnaround concentrate is a product that actually delivers what it says it will do. Its a staple product in my every day beauty regimen. Hooked!

I work for a Clinique counter so I was able to try it AND I got the low-down on how it works. First off, it really does work.
It starts off by immediately softening your skin. In addition, it is a continuous (the salicylic acid is time-released, works all day) exfoliant, so it it constantly brings new and brighter skin to the surface. Let's face it, who wants dull, dead skin?
Over time, you will notice that your skin will be more radiant and even in tone.
This is a must-have in my collection. It even will BOOST the power of your other products, helping them work all the better.
Buy it, you will not be disappointed. However! If you are on an acne regimen, like the Clinique acne system, this is not necessarily a good choice. You should not use this if you are on the Clinique acne 3-step, but with other lines...test it out or contact your dermatologist first. This may be too much exfoliation for you if this is the case.
I love this though and use it everyday, twice a day, after my 3-step skin care.
